Just had service with John and he was extremely professional and knowledgeable on his craft. He stayed till the job was completed and did his testing to make sure everything was done and perfect and I was kept informed the whole time. John came out even earlier than my appt. time for an emergency. My hot water heater was gushing water from around the bottom seal. He worked diligently to take out the old rusted one and to replace it with a new one. He stayed afterwards to make sure there weren't any more leaks and I thought that was really nice of him. Very friendly. I would definitely recommend John and this company and if I have any other plumbing issues I will call them.

We called Crystal Clear in the morning because our kitchen sink was backing up and noticed we also had a leak. They called us immediately and were at our house at noon. Gave us 3 different options to solve the issue. Issue was fixed and John did an amazing job. John was absolutely wonderful, answered all our questions and explained everything to us. We have now found our plumber who we will call anytime we need plumbing service. Awesome experience.

I had backups in my toilet, tub and shower. John came out and assessed the problem. He snaked the drain and ran a camera to evaluate the pipe. He and Fernando ended up cutting out the old clean out to remove large debris and had to rebuild a new one. These guys are great at plumbing, professional and friendly. Job was completed to my satisfaction

John came out promptly and replaced our leaking faucet and also cleaned the clogged drain and replaced the kitchen faucet. He fixed everything the same day he came to see the issue, highly recommend !
