Humberto came from Elite Rooter of Tampa and within one hour he was able to get this huge and very stuck hair clog. I have thick curly hair and didn’t realize the damage it could cause. But Humberto was kind and didn’t make me feel bad for my hair being the problem. He was very sweet about the whole thing, wore shoe coverings, and incredibly polite. Just because of Humberto’s demeanor, Id hire Elite Rooter of Tampa again. He is the epitome of professionalism.

Elite Rooter has been fantastic! We called them this morning to get an estimate on an outdoor drain clog. They were out to our house in an hour and were able to start the job & will be back out first thing tomorrow morning to jet the rest of the issue out of the pipes. Super thankful for them and their diligence!
