Service was great -- arrived on schedule, determined the problem (drain valve), explained the problem, repair options and costs, did a excellent job of installing the new drain valve, and cleared away the repair debris. Highly recommended

Was prompt , joe was on site with in the hour. Found the issue ( valve was not fully opened by tenant. Home has hot water through out now

I was very happy with Ted. Unlike a previous plumber I used, Ted used tarps to protect the carpet. He cleaned up the area when he had completed the job. Ted installed a sink and faucet, and fixed leak problem.
