- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial contact we dialogue with the customer to confirm the area of concern and times available for an on-site assessment. Our technicians will offer customized solutions based on customer input and the on-site assessment. Keeping the customer informed throughout the process helps ensure their satisfaction when the job is complete. Being courteous and professional also gives them the confidence to reach back out to us to assist with any future needs that may arise for themselves or friends and family.
