- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's not complicated at all. There are no hidden costs and when we quote a price it was based around the customers budget. Sometimes we can accommodate them and sometimes we have to let a few go by us. We don't compromise quality, if someone does they might not ever live it down.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Since I wrote the book and was the President of The National Caterers' Association. I am the one that develops those developments.Lol
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
