Fredrick is a nice guy and a good photographer, however, I don’t feel he has the skills necessary to take professional grade headshots. The final pictures that were sent to me had amazing backgrounds, but some had shotty lighting and glares from my glasses. I am not experienced at professional headshots so I needed direction and he wasn’t able to provide any. For instance we were trying to use the natural light, but the sun being directly in my eyes caused me to look distressed in every picture. I’m not sure if there is a work around, but don’t say the pictures are fine or good when I look clearly distressed. I did reach out to him and let him know that I was not satisfied with the shoot and he offered another session free of charge, but with the lack of direction I feel that it would just be a waste of time. In summary if you need professional headshots and you need direction I would find someone else.

I have fair prices and if you need to work with me on the price please let me know. I do ask to be compensated for any travel over 25 miles.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to give the customer exactly what they want and if they are unsure i'll provide examples to guide them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduate with a Bachelors in Mass Communication with a focus in Telecom productions.
