- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are no fees or hidden costs with us!!!The price agreed is the price they will pay in the end!!! We do not mark up paint prices!!!! Our discount is our customers discount as well !!!! Always try to work things out with our customers financially... Budget is very important when it comes to House improvements and we, as consumers have been through a lot !!! Communication and Trust gets the job done!!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Estimate of project and discuss customer's needs. Inform about procedure and project's concerns if any. Everything has to be in written in a formal proposal. Email or deliver the certificates of liability insurance and bond to the customer prior to work!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Working on job sites every day for major local companies in the residential, commercial and industrial field! Participate in independent seminars specially when it comes to a new material and its applications
