- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Its complicated because not all flowers or design types are alike, also flowers are sold at market so prices tend to fluctuate as market demand rises, I try to get as much information as possible before i provide a quote since I don't like to give false information to the consumer. We buy most of our flowers direct from the broker so we are able to provide terrific prices to our customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are very friendly,we get to know the customer,we HEAR what they say, their likes and dislikes, we explain and we SHOW what we are providing,we SEE their vision, this way it makes it easy to create a new happy customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I try to stay up with modern times, attending floral conventions and shows when time allows, also, many webinars as well as trade magazines and social media, i am an FTD master design shop, and a florida state master designer. I also send my designers to design shows to stay on top of the latest techniques in floral design..
