- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price is fair , also it can fluctuate deeping on the type of job that is presented. The price will be the determined after the initial “survey” process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Starting with a new customer, I normally try to make sure there is a lot of communication during the job, I like for the customer to be informed on the problem , how the problem is fix , and if the customer can prevent the problem or not.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am Hvac/r certified, I have a Universal EPA license, I have certification in commercial cooking , ware wash , bakery food equipment repair. I’ve done residential home repair, and worked for hobart service working on commercial food equipment.
