FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in being fully transparent with our pricing. Every estimate is clearly outlined so you understand exactly what you're paying for, with no hidden fees or surprises. Our pricing is based on the size of the space, the condition of the floors, and the level of restoration needed. If there are any additional or optional services—such as extra coats, repairs, or specialty treatments—we’ll walk you through those upfront so you can make an informed decision. Our goal is to provide a high-quality result at a fraction of the cost of full refinishing, while keeping the process simple, honest, and easy to understand.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We aim to make the process as seamless and stress-free as possible from start to finish. It begins with a quick conversation to understand your space, your goals, and any concerns you may have. From there, we schedule a time to evaluate the floors and provide a clear, detailed estimate. Once approved, we coordinate a convenient time for the work—most projects can be completed in as little as one day with minimal disruption to your home or business. On the day of service, we handle everything from prep to final walkthrough, keeping you informed along the way. After completion, we’ll review the results with you and share simple maintenance tips to help you get the most life out of your floors.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our process is backed by decades of hands-on flooring experience. The system we use was developed by our founder, who has over 30 years in the flooring industry. Through that experience, he recognized that not every floor needs to be fully sanded to restore its appearance and performance. That insight led to the development of a more efficient approach focused on deep cleaning, proper surface preparation, and professional-grade coatings designed to extend the life of the floor—without the dust, downtime, and cost of traditional refinishing. In addition to that foundation, we’re trained in the specific chemistry, equipment, and application techniques required to deliver consistent, high-quality results across a variety of floor types and conditions.
