FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically I like to custom quote every project and I like to get a good feel for what the project entails before I provide final pricing. I will always try to provide an initial range when I send a first quote out so the client has an idea of where the pricing may fall. I realize that typically there are budgets we need to work within and I am happy to discuss how we can make the project work within the budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am learning new things every day about the design software I use. I watch tutorials frequently, check out others work to see what is trending and so much more. I have cabinets full of mail pieces and other print materials that I use for inspiration.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was on the Yearbook staff for several years in high school and that is where I fell in love with page layout programs, organization, deadlines, etc. I went on to get my Fine Arts Degree with a concentration in Graphic Design.
