- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I start working with a new customer, I focus on making the experience smooth, clear, and stress-free. Here’s how it typically goes: *Initial Contact – I respond quickly to messages and ask a few key questions to understand the scope of your project. *Assessment & Estimate – If needed, I’ll schedule a quick visit or request photos to provide an accurate estimate and timeline. *Scheduling – Once we agree on the details, I’ll book a time that works best for you. *Project Execution – I arrive on time, bring the right tools, and work efficiently while keeping the space clean and organized. *Final Walkthrough – Before wrapping up, I’ll walk you through the finished work to make sure you’re completely satisfied. *Follow-Up – I’m always available for questions or future help. Many of my clients become repeat customers! Clear communication, reliable service, and quality workmanship—that’s what you can expect when we work together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve built my skills through years of hands-on experience and real-world problem solving. I’ve learned by doing—working on everything from drywall repairs and trim installation to furniture assembly and home maintenance. I’ve also picked up techniques from seasoned professionals along the way and stay up to date with tools, materials, and best practices. Experience has been my best teacher, and I bring that practical knowledge to every project I take on.
