FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Whether you have a general list of tasks you'd like done, or are not quite sure of how you'd like to approach a project, I can most likely offer you an hourly rate. If it is for a specific task--depending upon the complexity of the task, whether it requires shopping materials, etc.--I would likely just provide a set figure for it's completion. If I'm already doing work in your area, and it's convenient for me to get by, I can offer significant discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to get as much information beforehand concerning the task from the customer as possible before making a determination of how much time a job will take, and what materials will be needed. Sometime though, unforeseen circumstances can arise that necessitate a change of plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Florida State University, Tallahassee Wake Technical Community College--Assoc. in Arts I've received training in automotive tech. computer-aided design, and interpreting technical drawings If your project requires problem-solving, and you need solutions...I'm your guy; but my work ethic also means I value labor for it's own sake.
