- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair, transparent, and based on the scope of work, materials, and time required. I provide clear estimates before starting any job so there are no surprises. Smaller jobs may have a minimum service fee, and larger projects are quoted upfront. I also offer discounts for repeat customers, multiple jobs booked together, and referrals whenever possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by discussing the job details with the customer, either through photos, a call, or an in-person visit if needed. Then I provide an estimate and timeline. Once approved, I schedule the work at a convenient time. I complete the job efficiently, keep the workspace clean, and make sure everything is done properly before wrapping up. Customer satisfaction is always my priority.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience in a wide range of home repairs and maintenance, including plumbing, electrical basics, carpentry, and general installations. Over the years, I’ve developed my skills through real-world work, problem-solving, and staying up to date with best practices and tools in the industry.
