I've hired MARC Pro Services for multiple jobs now, including installing outdoor security cameras, repositioning a light fixture, and adding new wiring for pendant lights. They've also installed new fixtures.

Every interaction I've had with them has been lovely. Very responsive on Thumbtack from the start, came out for a free estimate and did the first job same day. The estimate was very reasonably priced and included a thorough explanation of what would have to be done. They were very flexible with scheduling. While here they were here, they were professional, courteous, friendly, and prompt. They wasted no time and even worked about 5 hours without a break.

A pleasure to work with, and I would gladly hire again for my next project.

Robert was on time to complete the electrical services. He and his team member worked quickly in order to get the project complete. There were remnants of drywall and paint on the counter that should have been removed and disinfected as promised in the description of services.
There was work done on the heater where the heater stopped functioning the next day due to a broken piece, however, Robert took time out of his full schedule on the same day the issue was brought up to remediate the issue. The issue was not part of the initial project, but MARC Pro wanted to make sure they were guaranteeing their work.
