I have remodeled two houses over the years and between those projects and routine home maintenance it is not an exaggeration to say that I have had over 100 workers in my homes. I have experienced both good and bad- and I have finally found the best. Mr Alligator does it all- plumbing, electric, dry wall, painting, fencing, general repairs- you name it and he can do it. And do it extremely well. He is punctual, professional, knowledgeable, polite, clean, reasonably priced - I can’t say enough about him. He has come through for me when I had plumbing emergencies (yes plural) and when my front porch collapsed. He is now the ONLY person I call when I have ANY home issues. I give him 5 stars- but he really deserves 10.
