Nice guy but oversells what he can do. I had 4 exterior light fixtures, 1 porch light fixture and 2 fans and 1 porch light. He quoted me 400. He only finished 3 of the above and wanted half the payment. Nice person but needs a realty check on pricing. I had to hire another pro to finished the job.
