They did a great job plowing and shoveling my walkway right after the big storm with 14" snow. Easy to deal with, very fair pricing and less stress on my back, too. Thanks again guys! Later, when I discovered an inside ceiling leak on Feb 3, I asked Josh about raking the snow/ice dam on the roof. They were so quick and professional that my insurance adjuster said the damage was very minimal because the ice / snow dam was removed so quickly. Another A+ for the guys at Property Mend

I have needed my fence fixed since Hurricane Milton. Other contractors agreed to fix it but never arrived. In this case, they made a date and kept me aware of their arrival time. My fence (primarily two gates and a few slats) is finally fixed!

If we could have done things more efficiently then the bill reflects that. Customers don't pay for our mistakes.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listening to find out what exactly the needs and expectations of the customer are. After that I try to figure out problems that may keep me from being the ideal candidate or could stop the job from happening. It is best to figure these things out as quickly as possible to avoid wasting anyone's time. If I can't do a job you will be enthusiastic about it is not worth it for either party.
