- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer transparent, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Smaller jobs are typically priced at a flat rate, while larger projects are quoted after an on-site assessment. We include materials when discussed in advance and always explain costs clearly. We also offer bundle pricing for multiple services to help customers save money, and in some cases, we can credit your service call toward the final project cost if you move forward with us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick phone call or message to understand your needs. From there, we schedule an on-site visit if needed to assess the job and provide an accurate quote. Once approved, we schedule the work at a convenient time. We keep communication clear throughout the process and make sure the job is completed efficiently, cleanly, and to your satisfaction before final payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from years of hands-on work in construction, handyman services, and property maintenance. We’ve developed strong skills across multiple trades including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs. We stay up to date with modern tools, materials, and best practices to ensure safe and high-quality work on every job
