About
Small-repair handyman in South Tampa. I take care of the list that keeps piling up: caulk and grout, sticking doors, drywall patches, TV and shelf mounting, trim, and more. You get a fixed price before I start. I give you a two-hour arrival window, send before-and-after photos, and clean up when I'm done. If the work isn't done right, I come back and fix it free. Insured.
I also work with landlords, property managers and small commercial spaces: maintenance requests, turnovers between tenants, and a photo report for every unit.

This company diagnosed the problem I had with damage to porch pillar woodwork and, not only fixed the damage, but made the pillars look better than they ever have.

They installed crown molding and it's beautiful. Ash,the installer, did a great job. Justin repaired an area of our kitchen and helped Justin. They both were professional, proficient and did a great job.
South Tampa Handyman's reply

Hired Justin for carpentry work to expand the steps that came with our swim spa. They were so low that getting in to the 50 inch tall spa was difficult and unsafe for older users. The result was just as requested. Sturdy steps with a wide upper platform and handrail. Justin and Anthony did a great job. They are courteous and conscientious. I've finally found my handyman! Will hire again!

I hired South Tampa Handyman to install taller baseboards across my main living area - Justin was responsive, helpful, and gave me advice on how to trim out other living areas of my house. The installed baseboards look great and you can tell a skilled professional did it based on the quality of the inner/outer corners. Would recommend.
