Tiny Luster Exterior Services LLC is a family-owned exterior cleaning company in Tampa, founded in 2025 by Mario Fernandez and Rosmeri Garcia. We are licensed and insured, and Mario completed OSHA 30-Hour Outreach Training (General Industry).
What we clean:
• Gutter cleaning with downspout flushing, our most requested service
• Pressure washing of driveways, walkways and patios
• House and roof soft washing
• Window cleaning, inside and out, with deionized pure water
• Solar panel cleaning with pure water and a soft brush, no pressure washer
• Pool cages and dryer vents
How we work:
• We confirm the final price before any work starts. The minimum per visit is $125.
• We protect your plants and use biodegradable, plant-safe cleaning solutions.
• Debris is bagged and hauled away.
• Missed a spot? Tell us within 48 hours and we come back to re-clean it at no charge.
• Maintenance plans: 2 or 4 visits a year, 20% off every visit.
We serve Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco counties, with no travel fee inside them. Se habla español.

I had Mario come out last month to wash my house, my Pool deck, sidewalk, and driveway. He did a fantastic job. More importantly, he gave me a quote of all the things that he saw that I may need/want to have done to my house. Little by little I’m having him come back and take care of those things. Not only did Mario areive early which is already a great start, but he took the time to walk the entire project with me to make sure he understood what I needed. Very professional, cleaned the gutters, and even took the debris/trash with him. Him and his sweet wife went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. I highly recommend him for any outdoor house cleaning needs. You can tell he takes pride in his business.

Excellent service from start to finish! Mario cleaned my gutters and pressurewashed my driveway, and the results were amazing. Our pricing is based on the size of the project, level of buildup, access difficulty, and the services requested. We believe in clear, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Discounts may be available for bundled services such as window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, or solar panel cleaning completed together. Final pricing may vary if the condition of the property or scope of work is different from the original description.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning about the customer’s needs, the type of property, and the scope of the work. In many cases, we can provide an initial estimate based on photos and project details. If needed, we schedule an on-site visit to confirm the scope and pricing. Once approved, we coordinate a service date, complete the work carefully and professionally, and make sure the customer is satisfied before closing the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mario completed OSHA 30-Hour Outreach Training (General Industry), and we apply safety-focused work practices on every project. We take ladder safety, site awareness, and property protection seriously. In addition to formal safety training, we have hands-on experience in exterior cleaning services including window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and solar panel cleaning.
