- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer flat-rate pricing for specific tasks and projects. There are no hidden fees — everything is clearly explained and agreed upon before the work begins. For larger projects or repeat customers, I’m happy to discuss discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I listen carefully to your needs and ask questions if anything needs clarification. Then I offer a quote and timeline. Once we agree, I will schedule the work and make sure to show up on time with all necessary tools. Communication and customer satisfaction are always a priority.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on training through years of practical experience in home maintenance, repairs, and construction — including plumbing, painting, flooring, concrete work, and more. I constantly learn and improve my skills to stay up to date.
