Customers should know that I provide clear and upfront pricing before any work begins. I explain the scope of the job and any possible additional costs so there are no surprises. My goal is to offer fair, competitive rates and high-quality work that customers can rely on.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I first listen carefully to understand their needs and inspect the issue. I explain the available options, provide a clear estimate, and schedule the work at a convenient time. During the job I keep the customer informed and make sure everything is completed safely and neatly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have formal education in management and several years of hands-on experience in maintenance and repair work. I continuously improve my skills by working on real projects and staying up to date with tools, materials, and best practices in the industry.
