Jimmy, the, owner, was very responsive. My tenant informed me that I had a leak in the roof dripping into the garage. This is a result of two things; to hurricanes last year and poor craftsman shipped from the original builder two years ago. Jimmy was able to locate two or three areas that needed repair.When we agreed on price he bought the materials and was there the next day with a completed repair. Happy tenant. Happy homeowner.

Jimmy contacted me super quick after I submitted my thumbtack request to repair a water damage section on the roof over my sunroom. Talked to him on the phone to explain the job. Sent him a photo. He gave me a good quote and could come out the next day to do the repair. His worker worked diligently on the repair. There was a little more damage under the roof than estimated so the price went up $250 but I understand you can’t always see everything until you start uncovering it so I was ok with that. The guy tied in the new rolled flat roof to the existing section and painted the whole section with that water waterproofing paint so it matched the other parts. All in all I was very pleased with the whole job.

The team her was very responsive. I was super impressed with their punctuality and professionalism. I sent the project request out on a Friday evening and was immediately asked what time I had for an estimate the next day. After the estimate they said they could have the work completed Sunday. Even after uncovering more repairs needed they still fully completed the job by early afternoon Sunday
