Very responsive, was able to take care of a leak I was having the following morning and was able to diagnose other potential problems. Honest. Was able to explain what he was doing so you won’t feel like you need to spend more than you actually do. We have had a leak repair the year before that didn’t hold up and turns out the previous guy that repaired the roof did the bare minimum for the work and hasn’t replied to our messages. Jim is old school and finished the work extremely quick but well
