Gordon was great! I needed a 4point inspection. He showed up on time and got right to work. He explained exactly what he would be doing and what he would be looking for. We wrapped up very quickly after he took all of his pictures and notes. The report was sent over in a few short hours. I’ll be calling him back for a full inspection on my next home.

It was a pleasure working with Gordon. He was very thorough in his inspection and made sure to point out every issue and explain everything in terms we could understand. He entertained all of our questions and made recommendations to assist us in making decisions on most critical items requiring immediate attention so that we could plan our budget accordingly. He offered to be available for followup questions should we need it and that quality is a rare find nowadays. We will definitely utilize his services in the future and look to him for recommendations on our project as we move forward with our project.
