Stefán was great at his job. He came on the scheduled time and did a full homeinspections. He used drones for the roof and the upper exterior. The report was comprehensive and we did a walk through of the report via zoom the day after. This help us confirmed which item was priority versus items that could be remedied later.

Pricing is generally calculated by sq footage. Thumbtack only allows for residential inspection pricing. Those looking for packaged inspections services. Please call, we will work with you to give you the best comprehensive pricing we can offer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I like to speak with a customer via phone (call or text). Email correspondence is fine too, but for more speedy turn around phone would be ideal. We can solidify the date, time, service, and cost. I will send over the agreements and we can get started!

I am licensed and certified professional Home Inspector. I am certified to do 4 point inspection, wind mitigation, Thermal imaging, pool inspections and more to give you a well round perspective of your residence and its needs.
