I was a client for over a year, but over the last six months I noticed a consistent decline in the quality of service. I became concerned when I observed an employee watching television on her phone while cleaning my kitchen, which resulted in several areas being missed. There also appears to be a lack of stable staffing, as I frequently saw new individuals accompanying the owner to clean my home.
This past weekend was particularly disappointing, as parts of my master bathroom and kitchen—areas that were previously cleaned well—were not cleaned at all.
When I raised these concerns with Maria, they were dismissed casually, and explanations were offered rather than solutions. Most concerning, after providing photos to document the issues, I did not receive any response.
Overall, the service fell short of reasonable expectations. Clients work hard for their money and should not have to clean after a cleaning service has already left. Unfortunately, this became a recurring issue and ultimately led me to discontinue service.

Absolutely stunning job. I had been very disappointed by other cleaning services, but they really knocked it out of the park. My house feels beautiful and it’s such a huge relief for my husband and I.

They were professional, good communication, and even came early. They even organized and clean areas I wasn’t expecting for them to clean. Very good team, will be using their services again in the future.
