I honestly wish I could give no stars due to the job never getting done. I get a message 3 minutes before the scheduled appointment time stating that she would be 10 minutes late, first red flag. Then after waiting 30 minutes, second red flag, still a no show. I get another text stating she spilled coffee on herself and she could reschedule or come later. I get it accidents happen, but you spilling coffee on yourself is not my problem. I told her that if she could still come that would be perfect. She agreed, stated she lives 15 mins away and would come right away after she changed her clothes. There again I get it, who shows up for a job with soiled clothing. However 15 minutes turned in to her being now 2 hours late to this appointment. I messaged her once more asking if she could at least make it by 1:30. Several minutes pass by. No response. So I call and she stated “I’m sorry I’m on my way and was going to message you when I was like 5 minutes away, I will be there in 14 minutes”. There again I still agreed for her to come. 12 minutes later I get a text stating that she is in traffic and the following... “I’m sorry but I’m gonna cancel this cleaning”. No intentions of even rescheduling were stared or offered in this message. Being in the military I try to support other veterans and military members however. With a name such as Veterans United Cleaning you would think punctuality and communication would be key. This is so unfortunate and unacceptable.

I’m sorry that you didn’t understand that I got burnt by a hot cup of coffee that spilled on me because the person at Starbucks didn’t put on the lid correctly and I have 2nd degree burns and I was still trying to accommodate you even after I got burned but I had to cancel the appointment and head to the hospital! Instead of understanding you would rather write a rude review. I’m sorry that your home cleaning was more important to you than me suffering a 2nd degree burn. To be completely honest, I’d rather not do business with anyone who would put their needs over someone else’s well being! Have a great day and we have over 300 repeat happy customers and all of them are caring and understanding and would NEVER write a bad review after someone was injured severely and they advised you of the situation.I’m sorry you aren’t a caring, understanding person.
