So far so good. They do a really proficient job, and are accommodating to special requests. They genuinely care to make sure your lawn looks nice. I'm satisfied and hopefully you will be too.

So far so good! A little bummed about all the rain so the guys haven't been able to come out as often as we would have liked, but that's not in anyone's control. Looking forward to a dry fall and more of this immaculate lawn service! Great customer service and a quick response from management every time. Also the guys doing our lawn know what they're doing and not just paid labor. We are happy with everything so far!

I had them come over to to mow and edge our lawn. The initial price was very reasonable but I wanted them to bag leaves that were on my deck and they just blew them to the side and left them there. Then they charged me $10 extra for the service because they said there were more leaves than they expected. They charged me the extra fee but did not bag the leaves like I requested.

They are not only attentive to your yard and making it look awesome, but also to communication and making sure everything goes smoothly. We went through several individuals and "companies" who either were not very good, not very communicative, didn't show up, or just stopped coming without a word, and were in awe of how difficult it was to find reliable help (some from Thumbtack :x ). EE has been on the ball from the start, and the office manager, Sherry, in particular has matched the quality of the lawn service with quality of customer service by always keeping us updated and by, you know, responding. ;) They actually seem to want our business and the yard (which now looks professionally manicured) is not the only proof. We are hoping for a long future with and definitely recommend them.

Contacted this company for gutter cleanout, leaf removal, and lawn cutting and edging. I also requested estimates on sodding my backyard and re-landscaping the front yard. Ran into several problems with this company. 1) Jared said he would email an estimate for the sod and landscaping; he never did. 2) Company said workers would arrive at my house at 10:00am on 4 April to do the leaf removal and didn't show up until 4:30pm AFTER I had to email them to report that nobody had shown. Once I emailed, the lady who replied told me she knew they hadn't been there but it was because the job they were currently on was taking longer than expected. So she dispatches one guy to my house with a leaf blower and a rake - nothing else. They also did not instruct him on what I had wanted done. So I had to tell him that the leaves were supposed to be cleared out of the gutters. Well, since they didn't leave the worker with more than 2 tools, he had to borrow my ladder to get on the roof. Shortly after he began blowing the leaves out, his leaf blower ran out of gas. His phone was dead, so he had no way of getting a hold of the company to let them know he needed more gas. So he had to borrow my leaf blower in order to finish the job, and I had to call his company to let them know what was happening. By this point it was already nearing 5:30 in the afternoon and the leaf removal was going to have to be finished another day, so I scheduled that for Monday. They came out sometime on Monday and cleared MOST of the leaves out; however, they failed to clear the small side yard in the front of the house even though that was supposed to be included in the estimated cost. None of the lawn mowing had taken place yet. They came to do the lawn on Wednesday and I'm not sure if they did anything at all to the front yard because the height of the grass didn't appear to be any different. However, I could tell that they did trim the backyard. Finally, when I received my invoice from the company today, they were still trying to charge me the original estimate price of $175, even though they did show up on time, did not show up prepared with the tools and personnel needed for the job, did not do leaf removal in the back or front side yard, and I can't be sure that the grass in the front yard was cut. The one positive thing I have to say is that the gentleman (Seth) who cleared the leaves out of my gutter on Saturday was friendly and hardworking, and he had no problem using my equipment so he could try to finish the job. This review is in no way a reflection on his work ethic or ability to do the job, as I had no complaints about the work that he was able to do with the limited, time, instruction and equipment he was given. He is the only reason that this company is getting a "poor" instead of "terrible" rating. I will not be using this company again as its management seems to be unreliable, unprepared and, in my opinion, charges too much for mediocre performance.
