Trimen Lawn Care are very professional, communicate well, and have amazing reviews; these are the reasons I chose to hire Trimen 6 weeks ago. The first service provided was amazing and I thought I finally found a gem. Unfortunately I was wrong, the last few weeks Trimen showed their true colors and became evident that they only have fantastic marketing talents. My home went 3 weeks without being serviced, to the point my HOA issued a letter. I emailed Trimen in hopes of getting my lawn serviced ASAP, Chris Bell replied with the date June 4th (3 days out). The Afternoon of June 4th arrived and lawn was at its all time high, I contacted Chris again and he replied yes sir, we are on our way. The grass was then finally cut, however the joke was on me.....I came home to a lawn that looks like it was serviced by a mad man with a machete. Lawn was all chopped up, high spots and low spots. A true eye sore in our neighborhood. I immediately filed a complaint and Jordan was sent to blend the mess best he could. Shortly after Jordan rang my doorbell to explain to me someone new did the poor job and Trimen will no longer fulfill its contract due to distance. Clearly Trimen frowns upon call backs for less than average results.

Chris and the guys are great. I've had many lawn care companies and Trimen tops them all. The guys are spot on with their scheduling, meaning they come every week on their scheduled day, and if something comes up that they can't make it they are awesome with communicating that. I really appreciate that I don't have to constantly call to find out when I will get my lawn cut next. The team is also great about taking care of my landscape beds (trimming, weeding, etc,) and if there's a problem, they let me know if certain plants need extra attention or need to be replaced. Their cost is competitive (not the highest, not the lowest) but the amount of care they put into my yard, they are definitely worth it!

I should have posted this review much sooner, butt I just didn't have the time I guess. I hired these people from a search I did online. They seem to have good reviews and frankly, they actually do pretty good work. However, the first time that they came out for the routine lawn maintenance, one of the young gentleman decided to piss on my house. Not piss in the grass beside my house, quite literally on the structure that is my home. I walked around the corner to open the gate for the backyard, and there he was pissing away. I have a restroom oh, he could have borrowed it. Their response to the incident was to give me 50% off that month LOL. I hired someone else as soon as I could

This incident was over 8 months ago when it occurred and we have long past addressed this employee and dealt with them accordingly.
We also updated our company policy so that this would never happen again and have since had no incidents.
We always strive to have the best experience for our customers and apologize for any inconvenience this situation may have brought you.

My yard was/is in need of major transformation. I was searching for a company that was helpful, reasonably priced, & dependable. I was looking at long-term solutions. After interviewing a few landscapers, I decided on Trimen. I was not disappointed. Chris put a great deal of thought into his suggestions & listened carefully to mine. He & his partners are professional, very efficient, & personable. They did a great job of trimming back trees from my fence line, cleaning up yard debris & laying new mulch. I look forward to working with Trimen on the next phase of my landscape project! Stay tuned.Update: I wrote the first review based on giving Trimen a try last Fall. I reached out to them again recently to continue landscaping my front yard. Chris & his team did an exceptional job! I like working with this company. They are very conscientious, reasonably priced, perfect clean-up, and it was fun working with them to lay out ideas. They have gone above & beyond with their service. I look forward to working with Trimen in the future. They should be a go-to for your lawncare.
