- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process begins with an initial consultation where the client and I speak candidly about their needs, goals, and expectations. This is an opportunity to establish a rapport, build trust, and gain a comprehensive understanding of our working together. Based on our call, we will determine how many additional 50-minute sessions are needed to address their complaint. Followed by the final wrap-up session for fine-tuning, tweaking or closure. Usually, we complete the process within 3-4 sessions to address one issue. Then we will discuss other areas for improvement.
