My first encounter with Anthony was upbeat and "we can do anything for you"!! The company initially seemed cooperative when there were issues with a delay in my closing. However, when they stated they would call me at "4 or 5" they never did. Because the initial delay had been mine initially, I called the next morning and was told "sorry, no problem we have 2 teams in the area, we'll call you around 12 or 1pm". At 2:30pm I called them to check when I was greeted by a very rude individual who informed me there were no teams in the area, I hadn't called earlier in the day because he was the only one there that day and he would have known and maybe they could help me the next day. Needless to say, I ended up renting a Uhaul and several friends of mine jumped in last second to save the day. No thanks to "My Best Mover". Spare me. No, spare yourself and go somewhere else.
