- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’ll provide a quote based on the information provided by the customer. I’ll have a text written out with an “Agreement of Payment” upon arrival where I’ll detail our discussion, so that we are on the exact same page financially. When I arrive to the job, I’ll do a walk thru just to make sure the information provided for the estimate marches what is actually entailed for the job. After that, I’ll send the agreement of payment and you just message back, “Agreed,” and we will begin right away. With this method, I NEVER have any issues settling up at the end of the job because the work will speak for itself.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 7 years experience of running my own jobs and my guys all have 3 years experience minimum. I was well trained by someone who was the best in the moving business so I have developed a strong system/team of expertise, knowledge, and experience.
