I had this company scheduled to move my home. I called 3 weeks in advance to cancel the service. I was called the week of the move and explained I had canceled the service. I was told the company was having issues with the answering service and he assured me the service was canceled. I was charged 200.00 anyway. I called numerous times to get a refund. The person who took my information the first time hung up on me. The next representative I spoke with, laughed because I had mispronounced the previous representatives name. It took my bank to get my money back, regardless of what the company says.Stephanie called to make sure my account was refunded. She made up for the errors that were committed. Call Stephanie if you have any issues.

They overcharged my card; then, they refuse to provide me with a receipt. I called and texted several times. I spoke with someone. Then, they sent to another extension where an answering service pocked up; and took the message. I would not use this company again.
