Pride Moving Company made my move completely stress-free! From the quick response, fair quote, and easy scheduling to the actual move, everything was flawless. MJ and his crew did a fabulous job moving, disassembling and reassembling our belongings! They took such great care with them as well as the walls and floors. I highly recommend them! Friendly and great senses of humor, it took away a lot of the stress of moving.

I wish I could pick all the options so I will add it here, responsive and punctual. But there are so many adjectives that describe this company. We hired out a lot of things for our new home but this by far was the best money spent.
If I ever need anything moved they will be the I call. I have already referred this company.

Best moving experience I’ve ever had! From beginning (booking and communication with Alicia) to end (see photo). Family business and it shows. We weren’t sure all my stuff was going to fit in the POD but Mike is a master at this and we even had room to spare! They were fast as well. Can’t recommend them enough!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Providing excellent customer service is our #1 goal! Like our name says, we pride ourselves in making sure we exceed your expectations. We charge by the hour and our rates for 2 men are $100/ hour with a 2 hour minimum. We also have a truck fee starting at $75.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to start with a simple phone call. If it's a small move, we can give a quick estimate. If you have a larger move, we need a little more information. That is when we would ask for a list of what is being moved along with other important information such as elevators or stairs. To be COVID safe, pictures or facetime are extremely helpful. Of course we are always willing to give an in person free estimate as well.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a new company but don't think that means we don't know our work! We have been in the moving industry for over 20 years. We have learned the trade secrets to a successful move and also learned how to avoid the mistakes others have made. We have the passion and energy of a young company but have the knowledge and experience to do the job right!
