Introduction: I always take the extra time to instal things the right way, with proper anchors, stainless screws (never rust or fail), best padding for floating wood floors, vapor barriers, things that other contractors may skip or overlook, and won't effect the finished product immediately, however in five years their screws may be rusty or have failed, the padding is flat, or the energy bill is $10 a month more than it should be. I believe by doing the right thing, weather known or unknown by the customer, you are given more work, have loyal customers, as well as loyal employees (which is very important), and have a great reputation. Something that 90% of other contractors don't have, can't be bought (unless you pay Angie's list), and takes time. Most contractors are here today and gone tomorrow. I was born and raised in Tampa, graduated from Hillsbourgh High School l, and attended HCC for Architecture. I've wanted to be in the realistate business since 16, designing, building, restoring, have always been an obsession of mine. I'm doing the work that I dreamed of doing as a adulessunt. Not many people can say that their passion is their job and I'm grateful for getting paid to do something I'd be doing as a hobby anyway. This isn't my job, it's my passion and I love everything about adding beauty to something that was average or needed redone. I get to see it transform before my eyes everytime I go to mine or my customers projects.
