- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A call or email for first contact to understand the needs of our clients is followed by 1:1 meeting to get the clear vision of the event. Thus, with constant email, calls and/or text messages allows us to stay in touch and to have all the parties in the same page through the planning process.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After planning my own daughter's quince party away from home, I realized that I enjoyed the experience WAY TOO MUCH and wanted to keep doing what I just did. Having a dream, a vision of what the day is going to be like and making that vision happen gives me rush, is like having a challenge and going for it. The best part is to see the happy faces and the people enjoying themselves - the day of the event - is absolutely by any means the pay off!
