Introduction: I am Ellie Folsom, the owner and operator of Ellie Mae's Bakery. It has always been a dream of mine to open my own bakery and God's timing is everything! I am so blessed to have this opportunity of living out my dream. I attended pastry school in 2013 and have had the pleasure to work with several companies practicing the art of baking since then. I specialize in Custom Sugar Cookies, Buttercream Cakes, Corporate Events, and Dessert Tables; but love everything in between. I also teach cookie and cupcake classes. I am so excited to share the passion I have with each and every one of you by Baking YOUR special moments even Sweeter!

She made my dream wedding cake come alive and it was exactly what we wanted. It was beautiful and it tasted even better. Ellie was so wonderful. WOW!! We gave Ellie the challenge of creating a dinosaur cake for our daughters 2nd birthday, and she truly made our vision come to life! The cake and cookies she made for us were the talk of the party, and oh so delicious…dare I say, better than Publix! Ellie’s cake was fluffy, soft, and don’t even get me started on her homemade buttercream. The cookies were the perfect texture, thickness and buttery soft🥰 Ellie is such a talented pastry chef and we 100% recommend to anyone and everyone.
