Introduction
We all believe in satisfaction. Food is one of the greatest tools that leads to happiness. For me, a recipe has life, and it’s full of travel, experience and love. It’s taken a walk into the unknown, where it shows you that, even in the most distant places you can experience the culture in history of every corner of this world.
With 18 years in the culinary industry, I trained at the Morelia school in Mexico and the culinary Association school in Cuba. My cooking is dip and influenced by travel across Latin America, blending traditional flavors with creative techniques inspired by each region reach food culture.
