We all believe in satisfaction. Food is one of the greatest tools that leads to happiness. For me, a recipe has life, and it’s full of travel, experience and love. It’s taken a walk into the unknown, where it shows you that, even in the most distant places you can experience the culture in history of every corner of this world. With 18 years in the culinary industry, I trained at the Morelia school in Mexico and the culinary Association school in Cuba. My cooking is dip and influenced by travel across Latin America, blending traditional flavors with creative techniques inspired by each region reach food culture.

I approached Chef Candela for an at-home dining experience for our wedding anniversary. They were quickly responsive, provided 2 delicious menu options that catered to our (dairy-intolerant) dietary restrictions to choose from, and arrived promptly as expected on the day. They were polite, professional and unobtrusive, but clearly passionate about their cuisine as they described each of the 4 delectable courses to us as they were served up. This also included an iced fruit tea to cleanse the palate before dessert. Each dish was melted-in-the-mouth delicious - more delicious and sophisticated than any restaurant we had visited in our locality. Well worth the price. They also took care of all practicalities (crockery, cooking, washing up), do we could just focus on enjoying the food and our celebration. We are planning to have them over again for my elderly mother’s birthday (she can’t get out much), so this will be a real treat for her. Thank you Chef Candela for helping make our anniversary so special and hassle-free for us as two over-worked healthcare professionals, who don’t get as much time out together as we would like. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Pro was responsive, made amazing menu options for me to choose from, and day of, was punctual, and really impressed us with dinner! Presentation was just as beautiful as the food itself, I would highly recommend and would hire again!

What this young man delivered was not in short of extraordinary!!
