- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I at first need to ask a lot of questions to find out what really works for your lifestyle. Depending on your needs, I would then either do a closet cleanse or an shopping haul.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I work as an on call fashion stylist at HSN. I have a degree in Fashion Merchandising and have completed all the classes offered at School of Style. On top of that, I am always reading magazines, blogs, and on Pinterest.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got my bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchanding while working retail. Selling clothes is a great way to learn and work with different body types. After graduating I moved to Los Angeles and attended School of Style, an school all about wardrobe styling. I then began assisting several Hoywood stylists. After that I moved on to styling my own clients for all sorts of things. To then freelancing at Hautelook and HSN.
