If you want to get healthy, lose body fat, gain muscle, feel good and enjoy the journey, I believe we will be a good fit for each other! There's nothing I love more than seeing my clients get excited about their results.
I offer nutrition advice as well as a training program fit for your needs. I am part owner of a small women's gym in the Denver/Cherry Creek area. We can train privately at my gym. No membership necessary...unless you'd rather join the gym and take classes :)
I'm a huge motivator, and I like to have fun with my clients!

I worked out with Alison for about 3 months and its the best money Ive ever spent! She made me accountable for my workouts and nutrition and was willing to give advice, workouts, meal plan ideas outside of our training sessions. I worked out with her for an hour a day, 3-5 days week and she kicked my ass each time WHILE providing encouragement and making it fun. She pushed me to work past "I can't" with every work out and helped me perfect my form...(which is really hard to do, but extremely important) If I had the time and money to start working with her again I would in a heartbeat!

Ali is awesome! I actually looked forward to days that she trained me because I knew I would get a killer workout, always something different, and I definitely got results! I would recommend her to anyone, she was accommodating to my ever-changing schedule and always a pleasure to work with. I would rate her higher if I could!!

I worked with Ali for about 6 months and she is fantastic! She constantly mixed up the workouts and made 6:30 am workouts full of laughs and fun...this coming from a someone that IS NOT a morning at all. Ali rocks!

I trained with Alison for over a year when she lived in Los Angeles and not only is she a fabulous trainer (I gained muscle and lost body fat and never felt better about my body) but she is also the kind of person that makes training fun and something I looked forward to. I would definitely recommend training with Alison as she is very knowledgeable, encouraging, and professional.

I found Ali through a friend and am lucky I did! She kept me motivated through the sessions and she was really flexible with scheduling to increase/decrease as needed. And, she went beyond just the physical aspect, introducing me to ideas for nutrition and also different methods of stretching muscles after a workout. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to get in better shape, oh and she's an awesome person to boot!
