I have a bachelors in exercise science and the highest certification you can get in this field from ACSM.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Being an ex college athlete I grew in love with the fitness industry. So I studied it and had great people as my mentors. It’s my passion too see my clients achieve there goals more than anything else.
