We came to Tampa for a few months while our son and daughter in law were having a baby. Like many, we got into shape and at the blink of an eye, got right back out of shape! We’ve worked out with several personal trainers and Cornell by far is the best trainer we’ve had. He pushes us to give everything we have each and every workout. He mixes up exercises so we don’t get bored and believe it or not working this hard has never been so fun. He keeps us accountable with our nutrition and during our workouts he records our heart rate to ensure he is pushing us to keep us in the most effective zone.
