About
Here's what you're actually getting. For sixteen years my job was movement. I competed as a professional Latin dancer, won the Italian national championship twice, made the top 34 in the world at Blackpool. In that world, you get judged on how precisely you control your body, under pressure, in front of experts. That's a level of attention to how people move that most trainers never develop. What that means for you: when you send me a video of your squat, I see what's actually happening, where you're losing position, why your back is complaining, what to change. Not "looks good, add weight." But experience alone isn't enough, so I backed it up. I have a BS in Sports and Physical Activities and I'm a NASM-certified trainer, currently finishing their nutrition, behaviour change, and corrective exercise certifications. Every recommendation I make comes with a reason and, where it matters, the research behind it. If you ask me why we're doing something, you'll always get a real answer. And here's my one hard rule: training isn't punishment and food isn't a moral failing. You don't earn your dinner with cardio. We build a plan you can actually hold for years, not a six-week sprint you'll abandon.

ngl the biggest thing wasn't even physical. having to check in with an actual human made it a thing i owed someone instead of something i could just skip. that has honestly leaked into the rest of my life in a weird way

I travel three weeks a month. Every hotel gym is terrible and I used that as an excuse for about nine years. Resting heart rate went 78 to 61. My doctor asked what I was doing differently. Worth it.
