- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would always start out with an initial assessment of where the client is currently with their fitness and nutrition. Then, we would confirm and establish their individual fitness and/or nutritional goals to achieve, and determine likes/dislikes/preferences of exercise types. I would then assemble a custom program to fit the client's schedule, session frequency, and goal timeline. Our initial session could include a fitness assessment to obtain their current fitness level. Actual training sessions would be done at the location and surroundings at the choice of the client: 1) My training studio 2) Client gym (home/apartment/association) 3) Outdoors
