It is extremely gratifying to watch clients transform not only physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. Regular exercise positively impacts not only body composition, but also increases energy, promotes better sleep, and helps manage stress. I highly recommend Sophia for your personal training needs! She takes the time to seek information about your goals, makes a plan to achieve them and informs you along the way. What I needed was probably part physical therapy and part training. Sophia understands aging and how to help avoid injury while also improving flexibility and strength. Before we moved our 8 months of training drove an amazing change in my muscle mass, flexibility and basic quality of life!

So far I've been to a couple of sessions- Sophia is great! Explains workouts clearly and effectively , and corrects your form when needed. She seems to be very good with remembering things about each client- which is great! Workouts are fast paced and really get the sweat pumping. Always asks in between rounds to see how you are feeling. I was also pleased that it is easy to plan sessions even with a busy schedule and time always seems to fly by when I'm in the gym. Would definitely recommend to a friend, worth the price!!

Sophia is such an amazing trainer! She is motivating, pushes you to go further and increase your goals, but also is aware and keeps an eye out for any limitations you may have and helps you to modify any movement that you’re limited from. I started training with Sophia at the beginning of February, and at the end of June I had lost 13 pounds, 7% body fat, and two dress sizes! Within a month of starting my training with Sophia, friends and family could see a difference and would compliment me on the change. I highly recommend Sophia if you’re looking for a trainer.

Training with Sophia has been great! I came into the experience with a long history of running and doing other forms of cardio, but I had never been comfortable enough with strength training and lifting weights. Sophia managed to change that for me by providing me with exercises tailored to my skill level. While Sophia pushed me during our sessions, she was also make any needed modifications or adjustments. After training with Sophia, I find that I am much more confident with adding strength training exercises to my cardio workouts and getting great results from it!
