I am attentive to the needs of my clients and am dedicated to providing the most comprehensive fitness plans with focus on both exercise and nutrition. I enjoy helping my clients make positive changes and reach their personal fitness goals. Whether it's to lose 20 pounds or train for athletic performance I strive to help my clients become the very best versions of themselves and live a happy, healthy life! It is extremely gratifying to watch clients transform not only physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. Regular exercise positively impacts not only body composition, but also increases energy, promotes better sleep, and helps manage stress. What I needed was probably part physical therapy and part training. Sophia understands aging and how to help avoid injury while also improving flexibility and strength. Before we moved our 8 months of training drove an amazing change in my muscle mass, flexibility and basic quality of life!

So far I've been to a couple of sessions- Sophia is great! Explains workouts clearly and effectively , and corrects your form when needed. She seems to be very good with remembering things about each client- which is great! Workouts are fast paced and really get the sweat pumping. Always asks in between rounds to see how you are feeling. I was also pleased that it is easy to plan sessions even with a busy schedule and time always seems to fly by when I'm in the gym. Would definitely recommend to a friend, worth the price!!

I will always thank God for Sophia every time I think of her! When I got pregnant, I was told I was only allowed to gain 10-15 lb. I didn’t think I could do it; we found her online, and she responded to us right away. She worked with me through my entire pregnancy; because of her encouragement, faithfulness, and challenging me to do my best, I only gained 9 lb! My midwife was super impressed with my abdominal strength and integrity after giving birth as well; that was all because of Sophia’s training!
