I had a very positive experience with Svetness. At first we trained with Georgi who was great. Honest and and pushed me to do more. His kind of push, although originating in the gym, ends up pushing you in all areas. As far as customer service goes, his patience and genuine care. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our prices depend on the length of the program, frequency of the sessions per week, & the type of trainer you are interested in working with. All of our programs are fully customized and include Suggested Meal Plan from Certified Nutritionist. Prices range between $60-$90 per session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?STEP 1: We assign the New Client a Free Fitness Consultation with the Personal Training Manager in the area where the client is located. STEP 2: PT Manager arrives at the New Client Location and goes over everything with the client (Goals, Fitness History, Injuries if any and etc.) in order to cater the program to the client. STEP 3: PT Manager goes over the available programs and packages during the consultation we have available in this region. If the client is happy with what they hear the PT Manager will get the client signed up and started on their fitness journey with a Perfect Match Trainer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We have a vast group of trainers with different expertise and certifications that qualify them to challenge you throughout your fitness journey. We match each client with the trainer whom we believe would cater to their specific needs.
