I have to say that for a first trainer I have ever worked with. This has definitely been a great experience! I enjoy my sessions and I am always getting something out of it, Toni is always mindful asking how I’m feeling during the workouts to make sure I am pushing myself but never to the point where I hurt myself! I am looking forward to our next session!

I started working with Toni 6 weeks ago. I’m a 57 year old female who hadn’t exercised in a few years and had never done weight training. Toni has been fantastic working with me to help me achieve my goals and I’m thrilled with how much strength I’ve built already and how my body is toning. Toni has been extremely flexible working with my schedule and her pricing is fair. Our training is remote over FaceTime and very effective. We can train no matter where I am traveling!

Initially everything was ok. Then I was injured at work requiring that I stay on light duty. The trainer offered to refund the amount I had paid for upcoming training. Told me she could refund later. Then when asked in the later date she replied she would only refund half. I never once requested it but she offered.

I apologize for any misunderstanding. Time and time again you canceled last minute, not being respectful of my time. I was also the one having to reach out to find out at the very last minute that you were not going to show up to the session. I expressed in that text thread that I felt it would only be fair to return half of the session rate because of the continuous cancellations. I wish you the best and I hope you find a better fit for your fitness journey.
