During the initial flushing of the system carbon deposits were introduced into the spare bath shower faucet therby clogging the cartridge. A&G discovered the issue, purchased the new cartridge for a 13 year old faucet, replaced and cleared the deposits. Will definitely use for any future plumbing issues."See more

gina rosenberger says, "I had Mr Flush out to do a camera job on the house. I had been told I had a broken pipe in the bathroom, and there could be something wrong with the other bathroom. I'm a single woman and am prone to getting "sales job" from service technicians. When Mr Flush arrived, he said he didn't need to camera this house, and proceeded to tell me everything that is wrong with the plumbing in the house (way more than just a broken pipe). As it turns out, he had serviced this house 3 or 4 times previously, and even repaired the laundry drain already. I'm so lucky that he was willing to share this information with me! It saved me thousands of dollars in unforeseen costs. He even refused to charge me as trip charge. Mr Flush is knowledgeable, honest, down to earth, and very fair! They called to advise the tech was on his way . John arived promptly, was courteous, entered and quickly determined it was a bad float switch. He recognized the manufacturer and said its a good unit snd they have a 5 year warranty. He suggested I call for new parts and sid they respond quickly on warranty parts. I appreciate his honesty and support on a product they did no install and the best remedy understanding it would lead to no current service or earnings. I csn tell you their information is saved and I'll call them first for ay additional plumbing needs. He even aske me to call to verify all worked properly after the replacement part(s) are installed. Kind honest service does not go unnoticed in a day where the pressure to sell and upsell is prevalent.You guys get the biggest thank you and ore stars than the survey alows!"See more

I was amazed at how he carried the toilets up and down my staircase with the bowls and tanks attached, taking great care not to soil anything, wonderful job.
