He and his assistant were here exactly when they they said they would be and they removed the popcorn ceiling and painted two room in the two days as projected. Terrence is a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend him to any of my friends that need painting done. Everyone that has seen the job he did has been impressed and that includes a neighbor that is a professional painter (does not remove popcorn) that asked me for his phone number.

He was extremely flexible with my schedule and met all the project outcomes despite several surprises from the house. His work ethic is unmatched, and will not rest until you are satisfied with the project. The project included: Remove popcorn ceilings, retexture, paint, and hang several new lights and fans. Extensive Dry wall repair was required in one area, and Nestor spent extra time to accomplish this. I already plan to hire him again for other projects.

They did a great job removing my popcorn ceiling and replacing with knock down. They left a few things out of place when finishing up, but came back out the next day to reinstall them when I brought it to their attention. It is probably the nature of the project, but i did have to a hire a cleaner to come in and deep clean my home after they were done. They covered all the walls and floors while doing the project though to minimize the dust. While cleaning up from the project, I found a handful of their cigarette butts in my garage and scattered just outside my garage door, which bothered me. Overall, they did a great job though at an affordable price point.

We have gone through a huge renovation with Luis, and he went above and beyond our expectations. The popcorn ceiling removed and texture reapplied looks phenomenal, and made such a difference. He ripped out our old tile, and laid down high grade LVP in all rooms of the house and living spaces, and I’m so happy. Our kitchen has been completely updated, from new cabinets, to counters and backsplash, and new appliances. Bathroom vanities replaced, toilets replaced, baseboards replaced, and a beautiful fireplace added! It looks like a brand new home! Luis can offer a range of services and happily completed them all in a timely manner. I will definitely use him for more projects in the future, and highly recommend his company 😊
